Ronald G. Wilk
Ronald G. Wilk, Esquire, co-founded and serves as the managing partner of Wilk Silver. He also serves as President of The Silk® Companies LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate and insurance services companies.
Mr. Wilk is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Wilk is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Georgia Bars and has also received the AV Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating. The AV Rating is the highest Peer Review Rating attainable and shows that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity.

From September 1999 to December 2002, Mr. Silver served as General Counsel of Global Technologies, Ltd., a technology incubator that was publicly traded on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Silver was an associate with the law firm of Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP, where he practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, capital markets and general corporate law.
Mr. Silver graduated magna cum laude from the Temple University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Silver’s undergraduate studies were at the Pennsylvania State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the Smeal College of Business.
